Rudy Kestem is a natural born entrepreneur who immigrated from Istanbul in 1998 to start a new life and business in America. The food is authentic Turkish but it also combines American and Italian for a perfect The restaurant opens early and serves breakfast all day. Three years ago, Rudy opened Rudy’s Mediterranean Grill. He brought along a good friend and fabulous chef from Istanbul to design the menu. Rudy's menu is locally sourced – we believe in supporting our local farmers and ranchers. Our seafood comes direct from the Aegean Sea as several different varieties of fish will be flown to the restaurant weekly.
